Life as an interrventionist teacher

At this time I was hired to work as an interventionist teacher for the Thomas Edison Charter School in Wilmington, Delaware under the man whom I look up to. And that principal is Salome Thomas-EL. My job is to assist in the classroom and also pull out students who may have trouble in the subjects of reading, writing, mathematics, and social studies and re teach some of the concepts their main teachers expect them to learn. My job is design and deliver lessons to small groups which are in harmony with the their main teachers.
